Estimates written by Willett Collisions or your insurance company are estimates based on judgments on labor amounts and calculated parts prices, subject to vendor prices, and does not include possible hidden damages.
We use ADP and CCC estimating software to calculate damages to
your vehicle to restore to pre loss conditions. Our rates are
accepted by all major insurance companies.
We accept all insurance claims and customer repairs.
Question:
Who is responsible to the repair shop for my repair bill, the insurance company or me?
Answer:
You, the customer. You may direct your insurance company to pay
us direct, but the payment must be made when you pick up your
vehicle, unless prior arrangements have been made. When supplements
are needed, generally, the insurance company will pay as directed.
Willett Collision will always help and direct in collecting your
insurance money, but it is ultimately the customer responsibility
to have final payment when the vehicle is completed.
